20 half pans of artist quality highly pigmented handmade watercolour paint in a vintage tin (13cm diameter, 3cm height).
Pans come individually wrapped, in colour-swatched cartridge paper. Their magnetic bases mean they can be rearranged, added to, or replaced with ease.
This tin provides you with a tetradic palette of Blues, Purples, Reds, and Pinks:
Macbeth, Rowanberry*, Old Rose, School Disco*, Byzantium*, Pretty in Pink, Melanzane, First Date, Nightshade, Twilight, Spindrift, and Crozzle. Plus the primary triad of single-pigment colours Pyrrole Red, Quinacridone Red, Quinacridone Magenta, Phthalo Blue (Red Shade), Phthalo Blue (Green Shade), French Ultramarine, and Indanthrone Blue *NEW*. And our secondary colour Dioxazine Violet.
All blended colours are unique, inspired by Tansy’s interaction with and memories of the world around her.
Ingredients: pure pigment, Kordofan gum Arabic, organic Yorkshire honey, glycerine, clove oil and distilled water. Colours marked * contain a fluorescent pigment, which is not archivally lightfast. All other colours are lightfast.
