20 half pans of artist quality highly pigmented handmade watercolour paint in a vintage confectionery tin (14.5x10.8x2.5cm).
Pans come individually wrapped, in colour-swatched cartridge paper. Their magnetic bases mean they can be rearranged, added to, or replaced with ease.
This palette provides the following selection of Tansy’s unique colours:
Brown Bear, Orange Bobby, Old Rose, School Disco*, Byzantium*, Pretty in Pink, Princess Di, Borage, Cassie's Eyes, Buttermilk, Spindrift, and Peppercorn. Plus the single-pigment colours Quinacridone Magenta, Translucent Red Oxide, Pyramid Yellow, Translucent Yellow Oxide, Phthalo Blue (Red Shade), Phthalo Blue (Green Shade), French Ultramarine, and Indanthrone Blue *NEW*.
All blended colours are unique, inspired by Tansy’s interaction with and memories of the world around her.
Ingredients: pure pigment, Kordofan gum Arabic, organic Yorkshire honey, glycerine, clove oil and distilled water. Colours marked * contain a fluorescent pigment, which is not archivally lightfast. All other colours are lightfast.
