Time: 10am - 1pm
Location: An indoor venue* in the region of Oberkampf metro station (11th arr. An exact meeting point will be emailed to you a week before your workshop).

What we will cover:
• Mindfulness in the context of painting
• Appreciating water and pigment
• How to choose a colour palette
• Responding to place (without being literal)
• Simple sketching to generate shapes
• Mixing colour (without making mud)
• When to leave space
• Alternative ways to make a start

Places are strictly limited. All art materials are provided.

Coffee and madeleines will be served.
*Please note: the venue is on the 4th floor of a building without a lift. The light and views are wonderful, but the stairs may exclude some from attending.
